We’ve woven three 19th century French and Italian recipes for Vermouth together with the natural bounty of our Green Mountains in this low proof herbal spirit. Starting with a base of fresh sweet pear cider, we added neutral spirits and over a dozen herbs and spices including angelica root, gentian, wild chamomile, hops and sliced oranges. Use just as you would a sweet vermouth. Makes a knock-your-socks-off old fashioned when paired with a good whiskey. 40 proof / 20% alc. by vol.
